These terms cover the use of this website,
swadlincotetabletennisclub.websavers.co.uk. Using the site means you
accept them. They are separate from the arrangements for actually playing at the club,
which are covered further down.

What this website is for

This is an information website for Swadlincote Table Tennis Club. It tells you when
we play, where we play, what it costs and how to get in touch. Nothing on this site is
professional advice, and nothing on it forms a contract between you and the club.

Keeping the information right

We try to keep session times, venues and prices accurate and up to date. Even so,
things change — a venue closes for a school holiday, a hall becomes unavailable,
or prices are reviewed. We cannot promise that everything on this site is correct at
the moment you read it.

If you are travelling to a session for the first time, it is worth checking
our Facebook
group or emailing us first, particularly during school holidays.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are those in force at the time of writing: £4 per
session paid on the night, or monthly membership. Prices can change, and the price
confirmed to you by the club at the session is the one that applies.

Playing at the club

Coming along to play is not governed by this website. When you attend a session:

• You take part at your own risk. Table tennis is an active sport, and you are
  responsible for judging whether you are fit to play.
• You are responsible for your own health, including any medical condition that
  might be affected by exercise.
• We use third-party venues — Granville Academy and the Greenbank Centre
  — and while you are there you must follow that venue’s rules, including
  their fire, safeguarding and car parking arrangements.
• Under-18s are welcome, and arrangements for junior players should be agreed with
  the club directly by a parent or guardian.
• The club may ask anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or unreasonable to leave.

Club equipment — tables, nets, bats, balls and the robot — is provided
for use during sessions. Please treat it properly. You are responsible for your own
belongings; the club cannot accept responsibility for personal property left at a
venue.

This site links to other websites, including our website sponsor
Loki Sport UK and the
tools they provide. Those links are offered as a convenience. We do not control those
sites, we are not responsible for their content, and including a link does not mean we
endorse everything on the other end of it. Any purchase you make from another website
is a matter between you and that business.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Swadlincote Table
Tennis Club or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to the site, and to
print or share pages for your own non-commercial use — for instance, to show
someone when and where we play. Please do not republish the content commercially
without asking us first.

Availability and liability

We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the
extent the law allows, the club is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or
inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England
and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
